MEET OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Tony A. Isbell
President & CEOTony Isbell is the president and CEO of RealtyBid.com. He has been involved with the real estate auction business on a national basis for more than 16 years. He has worked in various capacities in the auction business throughout his career, including in national positions such as managing director of government operations and national sales director for one of the country's largest national auction firms.
In 1999, Isbell, along with J. Michael Keracher, established Accelerated Marketing Services, Inc. (AMS), a traditional real estate auction firm. In its first nine months of operation, AMS sold more than 2,500 homes for a sales volume of approximately $50 million, ranking AMS as one of the top five largest auction firms in the United States.
In 2001, Isbell and Keracher created RealtyBid.com as a medium to combine the effectiveness of real estate auctions with the growing efficiency, acceptance and omnipresence of the Internet.
Isbell has personally been responsible for the sale of more than $1 billion worth of properties throughout the United States, including luxury homes, commercial assets, large land tracts, golf course properties and thousands of residential investment properties. He is a graduate of Jacksonville State University.

J. Michael (Mike) Keracher
Executive Vice President, Sales and MarketingMike Keracher is the executive vice president of RealtyBid.com and oversees all sales and marketing activities for bank and corporately-owned properties available through RealtyBid.com.
He has been instrumental in securing major contracts from institutions and corporations such as Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Countrywide Home Loans, NationalCity Bank, Ocwen Federal Bank, Horizon Management Services, The Money Store, Ameriquest, Greentree Financial, ABN Amro, Washington Mutual, CitiFinancial Mortgage, TravelersBank, Conseco and GMAC.
Keracher began his auction career 16 years ago and has worked through numerous cycles of the real estate industry. During the 1980s, Keracher worked extensively with builders and developers, assisting them with reductions of inventory within major condominium developments and waterfront subdivisions. During the 1990s, Keracher focused much of his energy on working with real estate listing brokers and owners of distinctive and luxury properties. Keracher has been responsible for the sale of thousands of properties throughout the United States and is a graduate of Auburn University.

Jenny Atchley
Operations ManagerJenny Atchley is the operations manager for RealtyBid.com and is responsible for much of the day-to-day management of real estate-related activities at RealtyBid.com. She oversees two departments for RealtyBid.com: the Client Relations Group and the Closing Division.
The Client Relations Group is charged with satisfying clients from the time RealtyBid.com gets a property assignment until the property is sold. Once the property is sold, a closing representative is assigned to track the property through to the closing.
Atchley has been involved with the national real estate auction business for more than 10 years. She has coordinated and tracked the sales of more than 6,000 properties across 38 states. Atchley has been with RealtyBid.com since its inception, has been the liaison between the company and some of the largest institutional clients in the country, and continues to be a vital part of the company.

John R. (JR) Zeringue
Chief Technology OfficerJR Zeringue, a 15-year veteran of the computer industry, is the chief technology officer for RealtyBid.com and manages all technology development at RealtyBid.com. He oversees production, development and maintenance of tools and utilities used to manage RealtyBid.com’s proprietary online transaction platform and supervises the design and build-out of all compatible programs tied to the system.
Zeringue is responsible for all future implementations of enhancements and features related to RealtyBid.com.
Zeringue holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Jacksonville State University and has served as development team lead for Communix Corporation of Tuscaloosa and project manager for Wang Labs of Atlanta. Before joining the staff of RealtyBid.com in April 2001, Zeringue served as development manager for Indus International of Atlanta.

Daphne Shannon
Marketing DirectorRealtyBid.com Marketing Director Daphne Shannon joined the RealtyBid.com team in 2006 with the goal of enlightening and educating the general public and specific target markets about the innovations and benefits of RealtyBid.com through media exposure and directed communication.
Shannon has spent her 15-year career in the field of communication in the sectors of public relations, marketing and publishing, including a five-year stint as director of public relations and advertising for a 400-bed, award-winning, community-owned hospital.
She spent the almost eight years prior to joining RealtyBid.com exploring the inner workings of the resort real estate industry as managing editor of Condo Owner magazine and as manager of public affairs for Covey Communications Corp., the publishing entity responsible for Condo Owner.
Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Mississippi State University and a master’s degree in public relations and advertising from the University of Alabama.
